    Poor customer service!! I purchased a “Give it a Little Love” mini detail for a discount price on Alaska Rewards. I called and made my appt to take my small Toyota Yaris in on a Saturday because I work Monday thru Friday. I originally scheduled for 5/14/11 and was called on 5/13/11 by the owner to reschedule due to family illness. I was fine with this and rescheduled to 5/21/11 as the owner was very apologetic and states several times that he would throw in all kinds of extras for my trouble. He stated there was a couch in the office and I was more than welcome to wait for the car because it would take about an hour max. I took in my car on the 21st and as soon as I walked in the office, I could tell that I was not welcome. The owner gave me a 10 minute lecture on buying things from Alaska Rewards stating that they had ripped him off and he was not making any money and I was lucky that he was going to work on my car at all. I let him vent at me for the 10 minutes then he asked if I had a ride to take me home. I said no and he said that his guys would do a better job if I didn’t wait in the lobby. He said that if I waited, they would feel rushed and he didn’t want to feel rushed. He did offer to have his wife give me a ride home, but I explained that I was just going to walk around town and I would come back when he called. He took my keys and went out the garage door never to return. I left and got a call to return 2 and half hours later. I walked in the office door, he came in the garage door, handed me the keys and left again without so much as one word. The car did look nice, very clean on the inside and out. Thought it was great until Monday when I got in the car after work and the smell of something rotting overtook me. After the smell got worse the next few days, I checked last night for the source. Found that the carpet floor mats, which are under my rubber floor mats were SOAKING WET AND GROWING STINKY MOLD!!!! I took the carpet mats out and spent over 2 hours trying to get the smell out of them, without success. I had to clean the smell out of the carpet in the car and the plastic mats had to be scrubbed. I am NOT happy with his company; I think that everyone should look elsewhere for their car detail needs!
